Why We Built the Forex Academy

We run forex.mobile, a platform used by traders across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. We publish broker comparisons, live charts, and in-depth broker reviews. And the single most common thing we hear from new users?

The 5 Modules, What You'll Actually Learn

The Forex Academy is structured as five sequential modules. Each one builds on the last. You can't skip to Module 4 without completing 1–3, that's intentional. The sequence matters.

Each module ends with a short quiz, typically 5 questions. You need to pass before moving to the next one. It's not a rubber stamp; the quizzes are designed to make sure the material actually stuck.

The XP & Level System, Feels Like a Game

We added a full XP and level system, not to make it feel like a game for the sake of it, but because learning retention actually improves when progress is visible and tangible.

As you earn XP, you level up through five tiers: Novice, Student, Trader, Expert, and Certified Forex Trader. Each level unlocks the next module and changes your academy profile badge. The final level is only unlocked after passing the 25-question certification exam.

The Flashcard Game, 50 Forex Terms

Forex has a vocabulary problem. New traders encounter terms like “rollover,” “slippage,” “margin call,” and “base currency” constantly, and most never bother to actually learn them, which means they're trading with gaps in their understanding.

The flashcard game covers 50 good forex terms in a spaced-repetition format. You see the term, guess the definition, flip the card to check. Terms you get wrong come back sooner. Terms you nail move to the back of the deck. It takes about 15 minutes to run through the full set once, and most users do 2–3 passes.

These aren't obscure terms. They're the words you will encounter every single day when trading — in broker interfaces, in charts, in news commentary. Knowing them fluently is table stakes.

The Certificate, Real Value, Shareable on LinkedIn

After completing all five modules and passing the final 25-question exam, you receive a Certified Forex Trader certificate from forex.mobile. It includes your name, the date, and a unique verification code.

The certificate is downloadable as a PDF and formatted for LinkedIn's “Licenses & Certifications” section. Add it to your profile the same way you would a Google or HubSpot certification.

Is a forex certificate from an independent platform going to get you hired at Goldman Sachs? No. But it signals something real: that you took the time to learn before risking capital. That you understand the mechanics. That you're not another retail trader flying blind.
